Visual Stringpot
Veering Analytics Visual Stringpot was developed for use in small keel boats and dinghies to automatically record the relative position of controls, in much the same manner a string pot is used on a larger keel boat, by simply using a gopro or similar camera.

Event Field
Event Field was developed to aid Veering Analytics with its in house analysis work. The simple task of identifying race starts, mark rounding’s and recording sails and setting used in each race can easily become a time-consuming task. Event field runs as a web app in any internet browser, including smart phone and tablet, that simply takes a logfile from the users drop box and returns an event file suitable for most popular analytics platforms.

Tide Field
Machine learning to break apart the difference between GPS and measured velocity into tide and instrumentation error. The aim of this algorithm is to produce a representative tidal field for appropriate time steps throughout the day.
Wind Field
Augmented Wind Data - Many classes allow fairly sophisticated instrument systems but block the use of wind instrumentations. Veering Analytics’ Augmented Wind aims to use the wind data available from an alternative source (such as a fixed buoy) and changes in the boat’s track and other variables to produce a representative wind direction and strength.
